Hmm busy Saturday, blogging on Sunday morning. Huh.

Morning: In Camp till around 2 plus in the afternoon, discussing some improvements to be made. Had lunch outside after that @ Northpoint. Got my Ethernet card for my PC too...

Afternoon: Went to chiropractic for my thigh injury, which is getting better, partially 'cos I went for some light gym training on the exercise cycling machine, getting the thigh warmed up. :) But not in time for IPPT. Definitely. x.x

Evening: Celebrated my grandmother's birthday @ Toa Payoh Sizzler, good food, plus, I no need to pay (haha!) so it was great overall. Plus get to meet up with cousins. After that, left earlier @ ard 9 pm to join my JC frens over @ PS Cafe Cartel, just in time for the group pics. Heh. Well, nothing much done after that, pretty much standing around and talking --- guys about Army life and anything else; gals about their uni life. Do their lives revolve around uni life (and affiliated information?) Hmmm, thought my 'life' was bad enough. Haha. Well, who knows.... *shrugz* Got a lift from Grace, who had a car (wow!) and she's a good driver! Great sia...haha...and the car is smooth, like she said, slow on the pick-up (but dun expect much, unless u wanna a F1 car o.0'

Past Midnight: Bernie helped me with the setting up of the wireless network, otherwise you wont be able to see my current post. lol. Great help, and now, I'm exhausted....z.z.z.z.z.z...

Tekong On Alert

Yep, heard at around 3pm in the afternoon today, alert for SAF troops, esp. those on Tekong, 'cos of the news of 3 theives who fled from Malaysia to Tekong after robbing some banks (or smth like dat). One is armed, and apparently all 3 are dangerous...which reminded me of the time when my wing was over @ Tekong when news of Indonesian illegal immigrants had gone to Tekong, and all exercises were ceased, all of us on alert, the ammo dumps protected, and some of us ACTUALLY went out to patrol to help serach for them.

And guess what...this time round they have sent a Coy (+) i think....so many vehicles, plus the light strike...w0w..

Just returned from work, and had dinner....-sigh- Tml is MEA Visit....prepared? Hopefully man...

Ehm...3d2n stay over at camp, 'cuz I did Sunday DO duty, and Monday stayed over due to the need for us to do some flowchart, and the fact that it rained so heavily when we were done @ almost 2230 hrs did not help much in our cause to go home...So stayed...

And I injured my thigh -.-' While cycling and turning a bend whilst going downhill! Geez! Muz never do tt liaoz...so stupid. Hit the kerb and kenna scratches and injured thigh, cant go up and down the stairs properly liaoz.

Really really shack now. So tired, and I am tired physically and mentally. Lack of sleep? Maybe. Juz know that I cant go down...Still fighting on...even though had 14hrs of sleep for 3d :p

'A's Out!

Not my business, thought I should juz use it as a title for now :p

Well today another long day @ work, shacked out. First we had version 3 of our survey for the units (like beta version or smth....wow so diff from original sia...). Next was the briefing, and everything was done in the first half of the day, all the copying into diskettes, printing and touching up of points on what to say when we go down to the units. Then we went down to Ayer Rajah (but first we stopped by to makan out @ Dover Chicken...3 cars go down with 7 ppl :p), and OC paid...

Went down to Ayer Rajah Camp, booked in, and had a small last minute revision with the relevant personnel (includ. the WO activated from OETI). First time I stepped back into OETI ever since I commissioned...haha! Things have already changed, for only 2 mths! New CO, New coat of paint, New personnel!

Me and WO Ravi were assigned to help OETI to answer the survey, more like facilitators initially, but I gradually found tt we were in fact the ones asking them questions instead of them doing it themselves! HAhaz....Saliva wasted :p

Then, went back to unit ('cos ended early, got stuff to settle @ camp too) and did the review with my OC, who had left earlier due to something urgent he had to attend to. The whole place was buzzing with life, everyone with something to do, something which I had not seen for some time!

Worked late, with BSC, the Survey and the CO PA stuff to discuss, yeap, so ended with dinner out (again) and with OC treating, this time @ Northpoint's Swensen's...ah...

Tml still got runz....sianz....

Just returned from camp...yea JUST was doing some format for survey for the implementation, and is required first thing tml morning, so us officers (inclu. WOs) stayed back, albeit lesser in strength since some were on course... Did till like 8:30 pm, then left with TC and OC, and since havent had dinner yet... ate dinner with TC at Thomson Rd's prata stall so that we wont need to change buses to go home later...haha...

Still, shack lar...return home so late zzzZZZzzz
