Crazy Nite..

...in school. Haha. Well I guess doing too much lab reports with really no idea of how to do the calculations someone else has done before really makes people mad. But it was sure fun (in a way) and we managed to get about 40% done that night...which is pretty cool ;) I'm glad that I'm doing labbing with Shanbing and Wenyong, it's gonna take 7 more weeks too! Jiayou to us!

Now for some pictures from the K-Box session with the S09-ers...after getting them from Grace ;)

S09 Gathering!

A long long day.

Yet I ended up feeling satisfied and craving for more...had fun with the S09 people, meeting up (at last!) for dinner and then K-Box at a place most of us are familiar with - Ang Mo Kio!

Ended classes at 6pm, with the Geopolitics class being the last one on the list. Thus I had to rush down to meet the rest at AMK MRT station at 6.45pm. I took 165 as 74 did not arrive, and soon I realised I had reached the outskirts of AMK and passing by Mayflower Secondary School, where I instantly remembered the landmark as that for the famous chili and butter crab! Got off immediately and told Aloysius about my discovery that 165 actually passes by the seafood area!

The rest (Guanyu, Hark Kah, Huijun, Shuwei, Weichuan, Yahui) arrived with Aloy at the coffee shop from the MRT station, while Grace arrived straight from home (yea nearby sia!)

After a brief wait and placing our orders for food, we sat down and were greeted by plates of good food, one after the other. Thankfully we had enough space in our stomachs to deal with the 4 crabs which Grace helped us ordered!

I've tried the food at the kopitiam before and I strongly recommend the 332 seafood outlet as it offers the yummy and tasty-looking butter crab (finger lickin' good!), as well as great chili crab and a wonderful crab beehoon!

Then, we headed over to the new K-Box near AMK library, and it was drizzling somewhat, so all of us eventually got some parts of ourselves wet regardless of the presence of the umbrellas - 'cos the umbrellas are simply too small! The K-Box was really new, and the person serving us were bemused as we apparently got high and became suakoo over the fittings, the presence of 2 LCD panels(!!!) and even a controllable air-con switch!

Well sounds like we ain't our age? And that guy thought that we haven't been to K-Box before. haha...As usual, the 'S.H.E' of our class singing their fav songs, HK with her Mayday songs, Gen and Grace with their Yang Chen Ling, HJ with her Zhang Shao Han, the guys with the irrepressible oldies to end the night...what a great nite!

Too bad I cant stay on to 'ton' the night away with all of them...how I wished I could stay back!!!! But...having a run the next day with some of the Rovers people for the hEart for Art run in school, so gonna get some rest. Went home via cab, but it still cost me 6 bucks when AMK is so near TPY?!? Can't really believe it also...

Just...gonna...sleep...

Grace! I wan the pictures!!! :D

Back to the land of high-rise buildings.

And feeling so off-centered.

Yea, I sure do. Is it the Malaysia Withdrawal Symdrome (MWS) I'm having?

Oh wells.

Celebrated Aloysius' birthday at the Pizza Walker at Wisma, together with Genevieve, Grace, Ruhui, Wei Chuan and Guanyu.

It was a long time since I met up the S09 peeps, and boy, am I glad to meet up with them for a simple dinner, no less.

Missed the previous class outing off to Genting, feeling a little sore that I've my Rovers trip clashing head on with it, not to mention with the many other outings which my other friends had painstakingly planned.

And now, on to other matters...

Yesterday was a day to clear up my stuff. Throwing away some of those stuff which reminds me of those lost, putting away the old notes, and packing up some of my stuff. But it's not done.

And the question was thrown to me not once but twice yesterday. Did I reply correctly? Maybe it was time for me to face the facts and just say the truth.

Or was I trying to conceal my hurt?

Loving and hurting...reminds me of someone's blog.

Recce...Done

*dies*

Oh yea...reached home roughly 1am today morning, was driving my father's car to the various destinations for the questions to set, as well as checking the distance. And no, I'm not going to be mr-nice-guy and reveal the checkpoints and questions to all of you here. Haha. But one thing I can say is:

Please warm up prior to the event. This is a safety reminder from the NUS Rovers Adventure Club. Thank you for your time, and have a pleasant 'trip'.

And I managed to grab roughly 5 hours of sleep, woke up pretty groggy and all. Packed my stuff, chatted to Henry (who thought that I did not sleep at all, which I rougly did so. haha) and left for school. Managed to get on a 151 bus (there were 2 in fact), and I messaged her.

A mistake.

Who messages early in the morning @ 7am?!?! I must be nuts to do that. Darned. That's the problem of technology. Once you send out the email/SMS, you cannot undo and prevent it from reaching the recipient. In fact, it reaches the person in a wink of the eye.

School was okay, and pretty subdued feeling for me. Lack of sleep, feeling stressed, feeling emotionally drained, having a load on my chest...oh well.

Managed to meet up with Grace, Guanyu and Weichuan for lunch today, which was good. A good 'ol S09 meeting :) Been some time since we had lunch together! And Junhong arrived later, from his hall presumably.

Running in school! More runners required! Haha...Time to arrange something, esp. with the mid-sem break coming. A look at my calendar revealed a tight schedule for this week, with CTW Assignment, Marketing Project, Rovers Night Bike Recce and training with Kops for the upcoming SCM.

And I need to get a new shoe. My current one seemed on the verge of dying already.

And, seems like you knew about it. So yup. Time to clear the air. Time to confess. Time to move on. Time to let the weight off my chest.

Is it wrong for me to drop a bombshell? I think so. Perhaps, time is required to ensure we know each other better; perhaps, time is required for us to understand ourselves.

What a day. Time to do my tutorials...sianz! Waiting for briefing of the participants of Lumbong now...so yea...Signing out.

Thanks to all!

Just had dinner with my 01S09 friends around 3 hours ago. Pretty big group for an outing, considering tha 10 people turned up (5 guys, 5 ladies). It was my treat for a dinner @ Crystal Jade Kitchen (Fei Chui Xiao Chu), after the plan @ NYDC fell through as a group of 10 were just hogging the place and not moving off. Irregardless of that, the dinner over @ Fei Chui Xiao Chu was indeed sumptuous and rewarding!

JC Chalet

The class chalet...can be aptly summed up by 3 words: Fun, Food and Laughter. Been a long long time since we last had a JC Class Chalet, and it was a rather good turn-out too ;)

Lotsa food (SINFUL!), lotsa mahjong, lotsa xBox-ing...overall, it was cool. Everyone had something to do. Mahjong day and nite definitely rulez. Started off with meeting Aloy, Peiwen, Gen, Mich and Hark Kah at the bus stop for the shuttle service to NSRCC. Gosh..first time they are early...haha. :P

Booking into the chalet, the mahjong table is the first to be set up, and playing started almost immediately. Meanwhile, the rest went to buy some more food for the BBQ later on in the evening. The remaining people, well, played cards. :) When the food for BBQ arrived, all helped in the preparation...prawns, chicken wings, hot dogs etc. Well, it was a nice BBQ/TV viewing/Mahjong dinner, so those BBQing passed food to those glued to their seats playing mahjong, and those BBQing also had their attentions trans-fixed on the google box, for the 7pm show of Dolphin's Bay. Weichuan's version of the banana chocolate was great...a great mix of sinful choc with banana.

After that, the google box continued running, to the Ch8 serial at 9, and then...Amazing Race! =D All the while, the mahjong never stops...haha. And Shuwei brought in chocolate and cookies 'n cream ice-cream! Wah...good sia :P *sluurrpppp~!*

Wed night was also UCL night, and I was a lil' shack, and with a nice couch to lie on whilst watching, I think I was slowly drifting to sleep...with PSV leading 1-0. Then, the second half came, Maldini rightfully substituted and PSV suddenly created another goal and the whole game was tense thereafter. With the introduction of Jon Dahl Tomasson, the whole game burst to life. Milan got a goal back on the dot of 90 minutes, and with this away goal in hand, PSV had to get 2 goals to advance. I was so damn sure of Milan's entrance into the final, that after Ambronsini scored the Milan goal, I trudged upstairs to sleep...and half-way up, Guanyu called me to let me know that PSV had scored one! A quick reply, indeed. Sadly for the PSV people, They could find no more chances, and had to settle for a 3-1 victory but not going into the UCL Finals. Overall, Milan had a lousy game, Nesta and co were out of sorts and seemed content to defend their 2 goal lead from San Siro...

The next day ah...morning start already mahjong kakis assembled. And...before bfast there's always mahjong! So...started playing a couple of rounds :) Bfast was a simple bread + snickers spread, and it was good! Sinful, again *hiakz* The ice-cream which Shuwei bought were also good sia :P Pizza ruled the afternoon, and I was so tempted to run, that I changed into my gear and ran with Mich, only to find it raining after we were about 600m away from the chalet. Bad bad weather... Waited out the storm for about 30 mins in a small shack near the East Coast Yachting club...man...NSRCC is well-placed, it's along the jogging trail from East Coast Park to Pasir Ris! I think the distance is 8km or more, so it's a relatively good training ground ;) Bowling was also fun. Been some time since I last bowled, and I reckon I need more and more training to 'perfect' the basics. Haha.

As the rain was heavy, gone was the notion of going to Changi Village (which was quite near) to makan. So we ordered in KFC for the dinner (sinful...again!) and chit-chatted whilst watching the tee-vee. :P Mahjong stopped...for the stomach rules over the mind at times like this lol. xBox-ing with the Tennis game and Froza was amazing. Nice graphics and great games. Another cute game was the ninja fighting one. A new game learnt: Shithead! :P

Kudos to Weichuan for organising this chalet...Man of his words (cos the last time round, he said he'll organise a chalet sia.)

panda eyes x.x

That's the face you get after an entire (well, almost!) night of non-stop fun playing Mahjong, XBox and Maplestory (o.O") at Guanyu's place yesterday nite...haha. Had fun learning Mahjong, despite the bad 风水 at my seat initially. Well, I guessed it all changed with Hark Kah's entrance XD Hehehe...

So yeap it was a learning experience nonetheless *nods*

And after that, during the break from mahjong, it was time for XBox, courtesy of Weichuan and Guanyu. Played some racing game (GTR?), and realised that Huijun's a very good race driver, even though she's using a damn fast car o.O" And there I was...trying out with a lousy slow Subaru WRX STI, Honda Integra Type-R and Porsche Boxster. Haha. But I slowly got the hang of it...by then, it was nearly 2 plus le. lolx.

At that time, Guanyu was playing his World of Warcraft (WoW) and Hark Kah was slowly dozing off le...probably never slept much due to the earlier hectic day @ NUS Open House...probably. Then, it was Halo 2 time. lolx. I din really know how to maneouver a character using the XBox controls, being more used to the feeling of a mouse and keyboard, so it was a way diff feeling. Took a lotta time to get used to the shooting, viewing and moving of the person, and till now still not good >.<' Initially we played online, but I was getting trashed real bad, so ended up playing a co-operative match offline. That sounded fun, and it was. ^_^

After a while, Guanyu dozed off, so it was left with me, Weichuan and Huijun, and we were talking about our MapleStory characters. Downloaded the program into Guanyu's desktop, installed and played...till Weichuan kooned off even before showing me the stuff...the time then was about 5.30 am le. Huijun showed me her character, a Bowman, and I showed her my character, a Cleric. Thereafter, I proceeded to train my character a bit whilst she also kooned off...and I slept finally after not being able to jump around due to some new enemy move -__-"

Awoke at abt 10am, so it was a rough 5 hours cold sleep, my legs were freezing numb on waking up. Why? No blanket. Heh. Thereafter, we proceeded to play some more Tennis before packing up and going for lunch and then, our seperate ways.
