Yea, received news in the afternoon that the Ayer Rajah Expressway area had a fallen structure there, now 2 died, many injured and about 4 (?) stuck in the tangled mess of metal and stuff... Geez...another blow for the construction industry. 2 major accidents in 2 weeks does not bode well. Oh well. Seems like the Civil Defence is really stretched. Heh.
Recently raining a lot...hopefully, it does not affect tomorrow's event -.-'
And today, S3 did interval training for the regular officers and warrants...well....seems tough o.0' Heh, and to think I did the same to my men in bid to improve their physical fitness! lol! Too bad, nvr joined in. Heh.

Heh....Bad Day for almost everyone? I dunno...seems like it's remaining that way leh...
First up, was conducting officer for the Bn Life Run today...and nominated one of my 3SG Tong (who is gg to ORD) as OIC for the walking contingent. But I had overlooked 2 aspects:-
(1) Did not tell the ENTIRE group how many rounds they will be walking;
(2) Did not nominate a higher rank, i.e. 2SG and above as the OIC, and that effectively meant a loss in command and control (not that I see that nominating a higher ranked guy will prevent any loss in the first place duh?!)
Okay, so was pissed, but realised my mistake, so talked with Tong regarding this, anyway, my fault, so I din really scold him, just wanted to know who was the guy who said 1 round only....
Second was that I had to send 1 man over to Tech Store for attachment of 3 mths. Not that I refuse to, but Mdm Veena seems to think that I'm not trying to support fully! But then again, look at my strength, then say smth. IF she requires a guy who (1) does not ORD in Jun/Jul/Aug, (2) does not go into BMT in the next few mths (3) is someone who is not gg overseas, (4) not a regular (DUH?!) then I guess I have very little options in my hand.... Was tempted to let her see my nominal roll and let HER pick one person HERSELF...and stop 'bugging' me... I realise her problem is a REAL one, but I really cant support, unless I pull one away from R&I...? Then again, there are some ppl who are in their comfort zone and refuse to move away, some whom I have to place them where they would do the best for the coy, and others who simply excel doing repairs!
Lastly, my dear Huang got into 'trouble'. Phew, CSM was in rage, but luckily, all was a mis-comm. Heh. Anyway, got wind of tt, and both sides told their part of the story, so was able to analyze...and well, each side has prob. Trashed it out, and talked to him. Hopefully, he turns good and learns from this mistake! No point telling him nicely and making the mistake another time!
So that's about it..... Today had dinner with the rest of the officers, 10 of us @ the Thai restaurant over @ Sembawang Shopping Center....yea good food (I recommend it too :p) And after that had bowling...not my cup of tea, so playing for fun haha! Glad to get personal best? o.0'

Quite a busy week + end. But nothing really planned out for this weekend. Pretty boring & dead I guess, need the sleep. Haha...Do officers need sleep? I often wonder... We seem to be robots who can go on and on and on like an Energizer Bunny :p
Anyway, with regards to the a/m, the show sucked...and the Bishan GV personnel, well, I REALLY REALLY forgot to put the food into the bag, and they saw and told me to eat outside b4 going in, and then when I 'managed' to go in they called to stop me, but I continued walking without looking back, and I SHOULD HAVE SAT DOWN SO THE PERSON WONT FIND ME! -.-' Why did I stand there, kenna found and lectured? Sheesh, I damn tired, damn pissed and threw my fries away. Oh geez. But after she left I scooted away :p
Juz as though the day couldnt get any worse, the show sucked pretty bad, along the lines of Resident Evil and 28 Days Later where ppl get bitten by infected ppl and turn into zombies/undead/blood-thirsty animals and hunt for the small group of ppl, who SOMEHOW managed to survive all the bloodshed. Haha. Lame story line, sucks, but I think the gore there. And the fact that the STUPID air-con was so damn cold, blowing as though the heat wave was still on! (BTW, it RAINED heavily b4 7pm) And so I was shuddering, NOT DUE TO THE MOVIE, but due to cold. Great! x.x And added to the fact was that the storyline was stupid, close to 28 Days Later and basically, wasting $8.50 to scare the shit outta you is not a wise move. Trust Me On That.
I'd rather pay to watch Starsky n Hutch or Troy or Van Helsing. Yea baby!

Heh. Well, you gotta admit that with a sat morning spent playing street(-style) soccer @ camp and the afternoon spent on sleeping and playing CZ, the day sure passes fast.
Yesterday went out with parents to makan @ Bt. Merah...nice eating place over there, and near to Queensway Shopping Center too...So went over to have a look @ some stuff to check out stuff I wanna get... Got a tee in the end :p
After that, went down Orchard (w/o parents, they left earlier) to meet up with Jeff, Stelvin, Cpt Don and Jeff's Friend (who's working in SAFPU as officer for one of the plts) at one of the pubs. Dun really wanna drink, 'cos tired IN THE FIRST PLACE, but still... had a pint and some port, which Don ordered. Heh. Shack b4 tt already. Can manage larz, plus watching the Everton vs Chelsea match live @ the pub. Left before midnight, so as not to be caught by the midnight surcharge (IT literally sucks dry your $$$!).
Anyway, b4 I left, commented that it would be dour affair and end up as a draw. Surprised it turned out that way when I checked the scores today morning. Haha...makes the Premiership more interesting :) Hopefully, Arsenal does a historic winning streak and keeps the egg they have :p
Today, got the jeans which I had coveted...FINALLY! Was spending some time thinking whether to get it. Well, made the decision to do so, and luckily, it's still there! Am I lucky or wad? lol..
Looking for seafood? Well, Tuas has 2 place which serve great tasting seafood + specialities...today went to one of them. ack. Time to go there already sucks, but with a car, anything is possible. Seriously speaking, thinking of using that as an idea for catering...will hafta ask my seniors...

Yesterday did my DO duty, and less than 4 hours of sleep too....'cos checking up on my fellow guards + talking to them, otherwise they themselves doing desk duty in the night REALLY REALLY boring onez...u do u will know :p Another weird thing which happened was that I found a dead bird in the room of my duty office...geez! Was crawling with ants, luckily not rotting, so got rid of it quickly...
And today, ran 2.4km, despite <7 hrs of sleep, and a little shack, tired and the weather is HOT HOT HOT! Geez! Worse than when I was training over @ OCS. Timing? Real bad. Shucks. Die liao la. If do REAL IPPT sure jia lut one....
Oh and today had dinner with Chloe. Nice dinner @ NYDC, and supposed to meet Jeff after that, but thinking that it was abt 9pm @ that time, and that having work tml TOGETHER with little sleep for yesterday, decided to ask him to meet me another day.... Have the tingly feeling that he has some prob which he does not wish to say it in camp, so arranged to meet him tml. Hopefully, it happens. Better deal with it ASAP. I hope.

Great show! Well, guess the effects are darned good haha....which is good, since i paid $8.50 for it! Ha!
As the movie name suggests, almost all air time is spent on Hellboy, and the supporting cast (i.e. Abe Sapian and Liz Sherman) gets 50-50 air time....haiz. Liz is so kewl, too bad she blasts the hellhounds and that's about the contribution she makes . bleah . Cant they let female 'heroes' be more into the pic? lol...like Elektra... Food for thought yea?
Anyway, got my new com kicking...now to do the SATA drive into RAID...something which is totally new, but I'll have to try it! :) So, it's some time before this computer starts to fly... :p

Yea. Witnessed the non-existent 52/03 OCC Commissioning Parade. Just when they are about to say CAT I is lifted and they can march in and blah blah blah, here comes FragO! -.-' Feel sad for them, for they (like me and my batch) had trained so hard to deserve the parade which should be ongoing! Still, tian bu zhuo mei (in chinese) and the entire parade was cancelled.
Went with Henry and Laiyi, so ended up not going down to the dining hall, 'cos we were not their parents or the ppl sitting @ their tables, and went to makan @ the Warrior's Hall before going to Jurong Point for window shopping. ack. Wasted my time? Nahz. Felt worse for them.
The feeling hurts.
Hopefully, i get to witness another one...soon.

Hmmm, another comms parade...for...5 of my frens! Really feel happy for them :) Finally, after the ardous journey as cadets and through all those tough training they've gone thru, it's time to welcome them into the officer corps! Ahhz, soon to go down to Boon Lay MRT to meet Henry and Laiyi to go to the comms parade @ SAFTI MI. Who commissioning? Aloysius, Tianyuan, Zhixing, Jinshu, Renjian. Yeap! All good frens, and aloy provided me with the tickets! w00t! Been in one parade, now time to see one! lol! Will be in civ, so no need to salute when the colours march in & out :p
