Too bad couldnt catch an earlier movie, as the 9pm ones were all SOLD out by the time I arrived @ Orchard. Met up with Rowena, and from Cine we went to PS and then Suntec to catch the show, in the end caught the 2330hrs show, and it ended rather fast actually. 0130hrs to be exact :|
Hmm, NDP was okay today, Dinner WAS DAMNED hectic. Darned. I've to make adjustments. Lessons learnt, and I'll note it here. But lunch went on smooth, though there WERE problems at each place as they were like giving out the food whilst sorting out how many were delivered, and not having enough 'cos they NEVER indent...
Haiz. And the HEAVY traffic jam. Wasnt told that it would start so early -.-'
And, reached home @ 2am. Sheesh. Meter in cab jumping like crazy x.x
Lessons learnt:
1) Check back with those quiet ppl who never ever bring up anything to you. They tend to give problems later.
2) Rations have to arrive earlier than required due to traffic jams. Esp. for the Preview and Actual. Will die if this happens again. Priority has to be given. ^^"
3) Always note the schedule. Seems like it is the only one which would tell you what are the probable stuff happening in the day.
4) Never to go Orchard to watch movie after the evenings. It's ALWAYS crowded ^^" Esp. well-liked movies...haha.

I realised how to get to VCH from Raffles City. Today that is. And I WAS almost late -.-'
Attended a performance by the Dance wing of Fuzhou Association under the behest of Zhen Yi. Not bad, and it was a good performance, though I was pretty hungry and tired ^^" as I rushed down from camp and had not eaten anything since lunch, which was quite light. (Bfast was also light...cos of GAS...). Met up with Calvin, Janeiro and Jian'an (photographer for the event). Met up with Zhen Yi after the performance, and I must say that she looked cute in that school uniform in one of the acts lol!
Updated news that Jian'an has gotten himself a girlfriend, happy for him sia. And Zhen Yi was one of the assistant chereographers for one of the acts too, and the entire performance being performed in front of 2 ministers for GRCs, it is one great achievement for her too! Really glad for both of them.
After that, went out with Calvin and Janeiro for dinner, at first wanted to have light snacks ('cos I was darned hungry) at TCC at Raffles Place, but it was closed, though it din look closed to me at all... Next we walked further down to Lau Pat Sat, where we had satay and talked quite a bit. Saw Casmir and his friends over there, and they had played tennis before going down for some supper. Another thing! Saw CO, and he said he was going to buy some 'chow' for his family as supper... lol. Really weird to find him there! Haha...
When going home, quite sian, 'cos it was 2310hrs and most of the taxis which are empty REFUSE to stop to pick up passengers. Then there was one where the 3 of us boarded, only to be told that he had a last-minute call for his taxi service. Bah. What attitude. And to hear them say that they have very little customers. With such attitude, I won't be surprised. So after like 40 over cabs zooming past me around the area, I managed to flag (finally!) down a cab which took me home in 13 mins at a cost of 8 bucks, considering that it was ard 2330hrs at that time... Really really relived...
Luckily, tomorrow morning on off, so... ^_^
Still need to go out with them for a night walk some day...maybe after NDP. haha...

Hmmz, cant understand why ppl give me last minute stuff. Maybe, all of us are the same. Very last minute. Admit that I also kinda last-minute type onez -.-' Which is darned bad when it comes to planning, 'cos confirm will screw up the plannings! Sheesh.

Worked in office till ard 10pm, and reached home, brushed up the excel file somemore, so now it shld be the correct one....Hopefully NO MORE changes -.-' Change is inevitable? Every Friday I MUST stay in office to ENSURE no last minute indents come in for the weekend which require my immediate attention. No off, no leave can be taken. And to say that my superior is helping? I doubt it. Must ask him to help then he will 'try' to help. And will come back to me saying to take in my stride, how 'good' I've been, how 'hardworking' I am....I think I'm shack, tired, in need of rest. I think I need to recharge once this NDP thing is over, take over the HA plt, and start things as PC again.
And I wonder whether ppl EVEN realise what they are doing...
It's 12:28 am...gotta get some sleep. CDT today @ 7 plus...

The story is about this perfectly healthy guy who took the challenge to eat mcdonald for 30days...every meal, breakfast, lunch and dinner. The reason for him to go on this crazy experiment is to see if mcdonald is causing any health damage to the people who eat them...which is of course the consumers.
There are some interviews with lawyers, doctors, food specialist, advertising company and health specialist. It's more of a reality movie because it is real. That crazy guy really did it and survived to tell his story...there was a point of time in the movie when he felt really weird and thought he was going to die.
Hmm....so anyway, it is worth a watch cos it is unlike those hollywood movies...no movie special effects are used and the laughter comes from the sarcasm, irony and stupidity captured by the director of this movie...of the common people in America. There aren't many clever folks in U.S.
And another would be King Arthur :)
Great movie, not the fantasy version (-___-V) But nonethless based more on fact and historical stuff then just pure fiction. Added to the fact is that ppl wear plate armour instead of chainmail...?

Had nothing much to do at home also, reckoned I could @ least DO something @ work. Heh.
Went out with Wei Xiong, Yong Ee, Andrew, Wee Siong, Sebastian and Cpt Don to Marche for dinner after work... split evenly bet. me and Cpt Don [oh well :)]. And went to play pool after that. Though like half-drunk, was O...K... haha....
And Rowena dropped in :P Well, awkward to intro her to the guys, but no probs la :P haha.
Hmmm, Matt, VJ and Jon couldnt make it, Lionel and Xingda had class, the rest, well, not free, e.g. Giant and the others....
More informal makan session, haha. Looking for some ppl to be together with for dinner, haha. Never thinking of organising a birthday party, 'cos very lazy :P

Hmmm, been some time since I last ran such a long dist. Oh well, but it sure feels good, running in units different mood from that in OCS. Heh. But manageable to say the least. Shack nonetheless, cos we played soccer after the run, calves giving in to cramps. Sprint also jia lut. Fun though :P
Yesterday nite, realised Zhewei and the others from overseas are back for attachment to the different units, and Zhewei's posted to Nee Soon Camp! Hmm nearby, can ask him out liao, together with Chris too. Just realised, it's a long time since I met most of the Delta mates. Morris, Wei Hao, Jerald and some others are constant figures in NDP, meet them every week. The rest, well, seems like we've forgotten each other? Hope to meet up with them, after this busy period.
Haiz....2CR Coming liao, time flies...one more month and the 'pain' is over....NDP would then be a memory, with pictures to show for rememberance. Still, fun and sweat toiled.
Met up with Rowena again, apparently there is this NTU charity show in HDB Hub, and they did a small dance routine, very short sia... ^^" Think they are there just as 'extras'..Haha...

Last Fri dropped a mail in a flash of fury and anger and hatred and resentment that other higher ranking dudes collecting more pay and getting an upgrade tomorrow are actually doing me a GREAT favour by doing all those GREAT things to me. Heh. And yea yea, I know that CHANGE IS CONSTANT. It's like...duh?!...
And to think that some superiors actually do not help out. Instead, try to make peace. Make peace with them? Huh. Combatants...dont they know that what they do affect many others down the line?

And Greece managed to qualify @ Spain's expense 'cos silly Spain scored less goals than Greece did! Sheesh. Talk about qualification via the narrowest of margins. Greece sibei lucky sia lol.
Anyway, I think Portugal lucky la. They hor, I hope they get kicked out. Home ground, of course people side them la! Heh. I dun think they deserved to qualify in any case.
