...that 3 years ago, ppl were saying that NS would be reduced from 2.5 yrs to 2. And so it seems, that this is true....they WERE doing feasibility studies! got the news today @ 1300 hrs from Lionel, who was listening to the news.
Apparently, those from this batch of Dec 2004 would get to enjoy the full load of 2 yrs NS, whilst the rest has a cut varying from 2 mths to 4 mths. Those going to ORD, like Tong Cai, are going to be 'forced' to take leave / off and the remaining leave which cannot be consumed would be repaid in a one-time payment.
But definitely, ppl wil complain. Sure lugi one. In fact, I've already seen how much I would lose. Definitely hoping that I can 'sign on' for 3 more mths, then no need to go out to look for job also sia. Which is better, since outside wont give tt much pay also, as compared to an LTA rank pay.
Hmmm....well, anymore stuff to talk about, shall be discussed @ length as more info comes.....time for me to read o.o

Wild Wild West? Nope...WWW = Wild Wild Wet, the water theme park which just opened. With its predecessors Fantasy Island and Big Splash now closed, it is pretty much the one and only Water Theme Park present in Singapore. And not forgetting the one over @ Jurong also ;)

Went with Jess and Gen today, pretty great day, though should have gone earlier...oh well *rolls eyes* Sianz of waiting early in the morning heh. Esp as gen was like 45mins late :
Walked over to WWW, and 'nearly' lost our bearings. Luckily with some questions we got to our destination, but...
...There was a NEED(!) to buy an entrance card, which sorta acts ala Ezlink card. Pretty innovative, plus it was meant for all purchases in the little theme park. Yes, little. Too small as compared over to Big Splash and Fantasy Island. Definitely loses hands down to FI. Why? 'Cos there are only like 4 rides there, one was really nice, another 2 the same and the group slide was...well, nothing could be said cos it really was -.-'
And the walkabout in the water was O...K... Not as big as FI, and really ah, they need 8 bucks to loan the 1-man float. So ex. Haiz. So wad we did was we walked round and round and played o.0' Which was interesting....Dunking sessions pretty much rule the day :P
Another attraction is the Tsunami Wave and the Water Jet Ski show. Tsunami Wave was done using machines (oscillations), but it pretty much resembled the actual (i think!?!?) and I liked it. Too bad, not deep enuf. hmph. The 3x Water Jet Skis were all interesting, and made me want to learn water sports....but no $$$ :(
Last attraction worth mentioning was this mind blowing experience, which I went twice. I forgot wad's it called. heh. But once u look down, u sure wished u din in the first place! Next moment, u go swooshing down with almost no hold on the slide, and then up on the opposite side, and do about 2 more ups and downs b4 screeching to a halt. To think I did the first time with only myself (Yea the 2 gals 'ditched' me). And it was worse, cos i was thinking, "OMG, no counterweight behind me....die....(sees the sudden drop) WTH?!?! So high? (Next moment I go swooshing down) Kaoz! Macham no hold on the slide!! Die!!!"
Heh....fun day it was, to top it off, after all the physical exertions in the day for 4 hrs plus, went over to Tampines Mall tt side to play pool. Pretty ok, just needed to rush, cuz smth on @ home... :(

Hmm. Pretty okay day, since it's more of roaming around and dealing with all the contractors and the OICs, so time passes fast (just like in camp). No doubt, tired and got work to do after the entire day, work goes on, and we strive to achieve as great a success as possible.
Today went to talk with the contractor over @ the KFC side, basically finding out her problems, as well as things she 'owed' me :\ Well....pretty ok, and did small talk. Heh. Plus today had a lotta stuff for the participants! Really really glad they found it adequate and @ times, too much! And also all those photos ;) lol....Hougang Secondary I think...

Why?
Finding my recent actions disturbing, sometimes wonder after acting tt way why did I do so? I dunno. In the heat of a moment? Maybe I rush to conclusions too fast without looking at it objectively...well, certain issues maybe.
Hatred for certain things / people / departments / actions which I've witnessed. Maybe their bad actions would always leave a strong distaste in my heart when I see it. Memories, or rather, vivid images of such things happening play back and forth.
Sometimes, it's said that a picture says a thousand words, and some dreams portray one's inner feelings, others would present a 'future' and 'deja vu'. I sometimes wonder whether it is true...But definitely, not all the time would one have dreams. Maybe dreams are trying to communicate something to us...I dunno man.
Life is stressful, does death really help to pull you away from it? You know, relieve you of pain & suffering? Life is worth living, in ways more than one. Memories one cherish. People one embrace. Experiences one remember. But however, we will always witness the birth, life and death of a person. Anyone. Everyone goes through it.
Life is not fair...Just live with it...

Pissed me off sia today, while watching Harry PotHEAD. This guy in front just turned around in the middle of the movie and told me LOUDLY not to kick him. And asked if I had heard him. Dumbass. If I replied I am ruining the $6.50 I paid, and ruining others! And he had the nerve to talk so loudly. If the movie weren't tt interesting in the first place, I would have given him a piece of my mind and told him to fuck off and get a life...Here he is asking ppl not to kick (when i did tt only twice, accidentally?! Expect me to tap him on shoulder and say: "Sir, I'm sorry?" In the middle of the movie!?!?!? Com'on!) when HE HIMSELF IS MAKING A TOTAL BOO-HA ABOUT SOMEONE WHO KICKS HIM IN THE MIDDLE OF THE MOVIE?!
Get a life. Live it. And you are the absolute disgrace to the already rude Singaporeans I've seen.

Just had an interesting game online...well, barely 10mins ago :P
Played against a guy called "Gunner Ship" online @ CS 1.6, and he was the "less-than-ultimate" cheater...using Aimbot and Speedhack. Ended up all, or most of the players, going into spec mode to make him play against himself. Sadly, not all players helped out...
But nonetheless, we had someone in to kick him, though he was not banned.
DARNed. Shld have gotten his ip, and he will be dead.
